1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The book received is damaged, torn, or defective
• You received the wrong title or edition
• The book has missing pages or printing errors
• The outer packaging was significantly damaged during transit

Books must be returned in their original condition with all pages intact. Minor cover wear from shipping may qualify for exchange or partial refund at our discretion.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Books with writing, highlighting, or markings made by the customer
• Books returned after the 7-day window
• Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless defective)
• Digital or downloadable study materials

3. How to Initiate a Return

2. Share your order ID, product name, and clear photos of the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the pickup or shipping address.

4. Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated at the time of approval.

5. Inspection & Processing

Returned books are inspected upon receipt. Once approved, refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship a replacement book once the returned item is received and verified, subject to stock availability.
